Word of Mouth Marketing
We have just completed the first of its kind research in Indonesia on Word of Mouth Marketing. Covering five major cities in Indonesia and 2000 respondents, we were able to identify the most recommended brands in dozens of product categories throughout Indonesia.
Word of mouth marketing in Indonesia has just gained wide acknowledgement by the publication of our research results in SWA magazine in April 2009. Previously, many have tried to grasp and formalize the concept and best practice of word of mouth marketing in Indonesia.
While in many countries such as US, word of mouth marketing has gained a strong position in the scope of marketing. Through its association, WOMMA (Word of Mouth Marketing Association), they have developed the concepts and best practices from many companies worldwide.
